All orders placed on Invoxia are proceed, packed and shipped out by Amazon. For all shipping and tracking issues linked to your parcel, you will have to contact Amazon customer service directly.
Please follow this step to step guide:
- On the Amazon homepage, at the bottom, please click on "Amazon Assistant"
- Click on "contact us"
- A new window will open, choose "skip sign in"
- Click on "An order I placed"
- Choose "Other order issues" then "Something else" then click on "phone" (or email if you prefer to contact Amazon customer service this way)
- You will have to enter a number on which you can be reach
- You will be automatically called back
- The Amazon customer service number may differ from country to country (example below is for the UK)
