Your Invoxia tracker uses a low-power mobile network (LoRa, Sigfox, or LTE-M/4G) to send its location updates and alerts — without requiring a SIM card or Wi-Fi connection.
To cover the costs of connectivity and service maintenance, a subscription is required after the initial period included with your device.
đź“… 1. A subscription period included with your purchase
When purchasing your tracker, a subscription period was automatically included:
đź•’ 3 years for older models (Classic, Pet Tracker, Bike Tracker).
đź•’ 1 year for newer models (such as the Tracker Pro or Classic 2026).
Once this period ends, it’s normal that a subscription is required to continue receiving location updates and notifications.
đź’ˇ The duration is specified on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
⚙️ 2. What does the subscription cover?
Your subscription covers:
secure mobile connectivity (LoRa, Sigfox, or LTE-M networks),
storage and transmission of GPS data,
software updates and server maintenance,
and continuous access to the Invoxia app to track your device remotely.
📲 3. How to renew your subscription
Open the Invoxia app.
Go to My Account → Subscription.
Select your tracker.
Tap Renew subscription and follow the secure payment steps.
You can choose between a monthly or yearly plan, depending on your preference.
