To dissociate your tracker from your account, follow these steps in the Invoxia GPS app.
The tracker must be nearby and connected to your phone over Bluetooth: the removal option is only shown when the tracker is detected.
- Select the tracker you want to dissociate.
- Tap the settings icon.
- Open "Advanced settings".
- Tap "Remove device".
- Enter your Invoxia account password and confirm.
If "Remove device" does not appear, check that Bluetooth is turned on and that the tracker is close to your phone.
