The GPS Tracker Pro Max works with the Invoxia GPS app, available on iOS and Android. Unfortunately, in some cases your phone may be incompatible with the Invoxia GPS app. The app requires specific technical characteristics in order to be installed and to work properly with your GPS Tracker Pro Max.
How to know if your smartphone will be compatible with the Invoxia GPS app?
- Its Android version must be Android 5 (Lollipop) or a more recent version.
- Your phone must be able to access Google services and the Google Play Store in order to download the Invoxia GPS app. Recent Huawei smartphones equipped with the App Gallery cannot install the Invoxia GPS app.
- Most smartphones featuring a Mediatek brand chipset are not compatible with the Invoxia GPS app. They will not be able to exchange data with the tracker, which is necessary when setting up the GPS Tracker Pro Max. Many other chipset brands are compatible with the app: Exynos, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Tensor or Kirin...
