If you wish to dissociate your tracker please follow the instructions below:
⚠️ It is only possible to disassociate the tracker if it is connected in bluetooth to your smartphone and thus in proximity.
- Open the application and click on the tracker you want to dissociate
- Go to the Settings ⚙️
- Then Advanced Settings
- Click on "Unregister device" (only visible when the tracker is detected in bluetooth)
- Enter your password (from your Invoxia account) and then "Delete"
