NVX 200's cables and adaptors are meant to be easy to manipulate. However, in the case it would be difficult to remove the cable and/or the USB-C adaptor from the NVX 200, please follow one of the following methods:
- First method.
Please loosen the rear part of the dock, so it is like in picture 2 below.
Then, while firmly holding the NVX 200 in front of you (bottom part towards you), pull on the USB-C cable while doing an upward movement. As illustrated below:
Finally, push the adaptor to make it pop out from the other side of the NVX 200.
- Second method
Please loosen the rear part of the dock, so it is like in picture 2 below.
Then, while firmly holding NVX 200 in front of you (bottom part towards you), push with both thumbs the plastic adaptor. The adaptor and cable should pop-out from the other side of the device.
