This article is for Android users and will explain you how to assign your favorite Internet radios from the Triby app. If you are an iOS user and want to assign Internet radio stations please read this article.
Triby allows you to listen live to thousands of Internet radio stations from all over the world in live streaming, wherever you are. For that, you need Triby to be connected to your WiFi network.
Presetting radio buttons with the app
When you turn Triby on for the first time, the setup wizard will guide you through the process of setting up Triby's radio buttons. Once a button has been preset with an Internet radio station, one press will start the live streaming; you won't have to go through the app.
If you have skipped this step or if you want to change your parameters, open the Triby app on your mobile device:
- Click on the radio icon
- Long press on the wanted radio stations (if you cannot find the one you are looking for, please read this article)
- a new window will appear on your smartphone's screen in order for you to assign it to one of Triby's button
- The chosen radio station will be assign to the second Triby's button (may differ upon your choice). An icon will appear on the radio (you may change this choice in the future if you want)
- OBS: If you have already added radio stations to the two direct access buttons, you can add up to 4 others to the complementary list. You can then access this list by pressing the "..." button at the right of Triby's screen.
Once you're finished, Triby will need one or two minutes to update.
