On Android, access to the Google Play Store is required: phones that only have the Huawei AppGallery store are not supported. The app must also be allowed to access the phone's location to connect to the tracker over Bluetooth.
On some Android phones with a MediaTek chip, Bluetooth is unstable and setting up the tracker may fail. In that case, set up the tracker from another compatible phone or tablet signed in to the same Invoxia account. You can then view the positions from your own phone.
