Welcome to Invoxia!
You are a new customer: here is how to create your Invoxia account and set up your Pet Tracker in the Invoxia GPS app on Android.
- Download the Invoxia GPS app from the Play Store
- Open the app
- Tap "Create an account"
- Fill in all the fields, then tap the blue arrow at the bottom right of your screen.
- A confirmation email has been sent to you. Confirm your email address before going back to the Invoxia GPS app to continue and set up the tracker.
- Back in the Invoxia GPS app, tap "Add a tracker".
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled in your phone settings.
- Connect the tracker to a power source (cable supplied in the box), then swipe left.
- Bring the tracker close to your smartphone. As soon as it is detected, tap "Start Setup".
- Choose your country of use (see the article Network choice).
- Tell us what you will use the tracker for.
- Then, on "Tell us about your pet", you can:
- change the icon of your tracker in the app by tapping the blue icon (and choose a photo from your smartphone gallery)
- change the name of the tracker
- enter your pet's breed, date of birth and weight
- Wait while the tracker updates and configures itself, this can take a few minutes. Do not leave the app and keep your smartphone close to the tracker during this whole step.
- Your Pet Tracker is now set up!
You can now start using your Pet Tracker. Make sure notifications are allowed for the Invoxia GPS app in your phone settings so that you can receive alerts.

- Download the Invoxia GPS app from the App Store.
- Open the Invoxia GPS app.
- Tap "Create an account".
- Enter your email address and tap "Continue".
- Fill in all the fields, accept the Invoxia GPS Terms of Use and tap "Sign Up".
- Connect the tracker to a power source (cable supplied in the box), then tap "Next".
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled in your iPhone settings. Bring the tracker close to your smartphone. As soon as it is detected, tap "Start Setup".
- Choose your country of use (see the article Network choice), then tap "Continue".
- Tell us what you will use the tracker for.
- Wait while the firmware is installed.
- Then, on "Tell us about your pet", you can:
- change the icon of your tracker in the app by tapping the blue icon (and choose a photo from your smartphone gallery)
- change the name of the tracker
- enter your pet's breed, date of birth and weight
- Confirm your email address, then open the Invoxia GPS app again.
- Your Pet Tracker is now set up!
