If your GPS Tracker Pro Max hasn't sent any position for some time, this can be due to several reasons:
- It has run out of battery: it can happen that the battery drops too quickly for us to warn you with a "low battery" alert. Press the button on your tracker to check whether it is still flashing, which would mean that it is still active. If it isn't, try recharging it using the supplied USB-C cable.
- Its subscription is no longer active: without a valid network subscription, the GPS Tracker Pro Max can no longer transmit its positions. Check that your subscription is still active from the Invoxia app. 🚧 to be confirmed
- It is placed in an area with no signal: it may either be unable to locate itself (in a basement, with no Wi-Fi access point nearby, etc.), or have no cellular signal to send its position. This can happen if you have placed the GPS Tracker Pro Max in a metal tube, a Faraday cage or an entirely metallic environment, for example. Try taking the GPS Tracker Pro Max out and pressing the button to see whether you receive a notification. If your GPS Tracker Pro Max is in a parking garage, it will start transmitting again as soon as the vehicle leaves the garage.
If your GPS Tracker Pro Max is charged, has an active subscription and is in a location where it should normally pick up enough signal (outdoors with a clear view of the sky, for example) and it still doesn't work, try restarting it by holding the button down for 5 seconds.
The GPS Tracker Pro Max relies on the 4G LTE-M network to transmit its positions. Make sure you are in an area covered by this network (coverage is provided in more than 40 countries).
If you have recharged your GPS Tracker Pro Max and it still won't turn on (no flashing light when you press the button), and you are sure that your USB-C cable is not faulty, your GPS Tracker Pro Max may be damaged. Although the GPS Tracker Pro Max is waterproof (IP67 certification), make sure it has not been in prolonged contact with water beyond the limits of this certification (temporary immersion of less than 30 minutes at less than 1 metre).
