Unfortunately, there may be some cases where your phone may be incompatible with the Invoxia GPS application. The app needs some specific tech specs to be installed and function.
How do you know if your smartphone is compatible with the Invoxia GPS app?
- Android version should be Android 5 (Lollipop) or any of the newer versions.
- Your phone needs to be able to access the Google services and the Google Play Store to download the Invoxia GPS application. The newer Huawei smartphones with the App Gallery are not able to install the Invoxia GPS application.
- Most smartphones with a Mediatek-brand chipset are not compatible with the Invoxia GPS app. They won't be able to transfer data with the tracker as needed when installing the tracker. Many other chipset brands are compatible with the application : Exynos, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Tensor or Kirin for example.
