If you are not able to download the VoiceBridge app on your Android phone and if you get an error message stating that the app is not compatible with your phone, this might come from the Play Store cache needing to be cleared.
You need to manually clear the cache of your Play Store. This is harmless for your phone.
To do so, please follow these instructions:
- Go to your phone settings menu
- Find "Apps"
- Find the app "Google Play Store"
- Go to "Storage"
- Click on "Clear cache"
The app should now be available for your to download in the Play Store.
