To apply a factory reset to your Voice Bridge, there are two ways:
- unplug the power socket of Voice Bridge, and while pressing the button on the back of the device, re-plug it. Keep the button pushed until the LED blinks.
- or, in your smartphone (paired with your Voice Bridge) go to Settings>Base Settings>System Settings>Factory Reset
Voice Bridge LED will blink for a period of time between 30s-1 minute. When the LED becomes steady, your factory reset is applied.
