If your Triby doesn't respond to any commands anymore, you can force its shutdown and restart with a "hard reboot".
To perform a hard reboot:
- First, connect Triby to a USB power source with the supplied cable
- Press and hold the play/pause button for 10 to 12 seconds, until you see the blue LED flash. Note: in the picture below, the screen reads "powering down". If your Triby's screen is stuck, it will stay the same during this step.
- Triby is now completely off. Remove your finger and wait for about 10 seconds before turning back Triby on
- To reboot Triby, press the play/pause button for 2 seconds, just like a normal boot. If you don't see the blue LED flashing after 2 seconds, keep on pressing the button until you see it flash; the screen will then read "Triby is starting"
Finally, wait for one minute and Triby will start.
