You have the option to send us log reports with Triby, however these type of log reports have less information and are less accurate than those sent by the app.
That is why it is preferable to send log reports with the app. You may find the procedure for iOS here and the procedure for Android here.
Please follow the step to step guide below in order to send a log report with Triby:
- Press the 2 list buttons "..." simultaneously.
- You will enter Triby's menu. Choose the sub-menu called "support" with the list button on the right.
- Validate "log report" with the list button on the right.
- Confirm your demand with one of the phone buttons.
- You should see this message : "Log Report: done".
