✅ 1. Before paying
Check your address carefully at the payment step. With Apple Pay, the address registered in your Apple account is used: verify it before confirming.
🚚 2. Your parcel is already on its way
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to ask them to redirect the parcel:
- DHL: 0825 10 00 80 (Monday to Friday 8 am to 8:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm)
- La Poste: 3631 (Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 7 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 1 pm)
If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us: contact our support team in that case.
📍 3. Delivery to a pick-up point
Orders are delivered to the address entered at the time of the order, not to a pick-up point. Once the parcel is in transit, the carrier may be able to redirect it.
