This article explains how to know whether your GPS Tracker Pro Max is charging. If you have any other questions about the GPS Tracker Pro Max, we invite you to visit the Help Center.
How do I charge the GPS Tracker Pro Max?
The GPS Tracker Pro Max is charged using a USB-C cable (included in the box, 100 mm long). Plug the USB-C cable into the tracker, then connect the other end to a power adapter or a USB port.
The battery is a Li-ion 2,000 mAh type, providing battery life of up to 6 months depending on your usage.
Check the charging status with the indicator light
The indicator light (LED) on the GPS Tracker Pro Max shows you the charging status:
- Flashing blue LED: the tracker is charging.
- Solid green LED: charging is complete, the battery is full.
- Rapidly flashing red LED: the tracker is charging but the battery is faulty (contact support).
- Solid red LED: startup problem (for example, a non-functioning LTE or Wi-Fi connection) — this light is not related to charging.
For all other situations, the GPS Tracker Pro Max uses a white indicator light whose behavior is identical to that of the GPS Tracker Pro.
Check the charging status from the app
You can also check the battery level of your GPS Tracker Pro Max directly in the Invoxia GPS app, on the page for the relevant tracker.
