This article applies to Invoxia GPS Trackers (Classic, Mini, Bike, Pro and Pro Max).
✅ 1. An active subscription is required
Without an active subscription, the tracker does not send any location to the app. Depending on your purchase, a subscription period is included, or you choose a plan during installation.
📡 2. GPS Tracker Pro: leave it outdoors after activation
After subscribing or renewing:
- charge the tracker for 1.5 hours;
- restart it by holding the button for 20 seconds (keep holding even if the LED turns off);
- leave it outdoors for 2 to 4 hours: this is the time it needs to retrieve its subscription over the network.
🔌 3. GPS Tracker Pro Max
The SIM card is built in and 1 year of subscription is included: there is no SIM card to install and no plan to choose during installation. Keep the tracker plugged in via USB-C and close to your phone during the whole installation.
🔁 4. You just renewed, but the tracker is still offline
Renewing the subscription does not wake up a tracker that has been offline for a long time. Restart it: charge for 1.5 hours, hold the button for 20 seconds, then leave it outdoors for about one hour.
🛒 5. Subscription bought through a link received by e-mail, but inactive in the app
A subscription bought outside the app may need to be activated by our support team. Contact us with your account e-mail address, the tracker serial number and the order number. Once it is activated, restart the tracker (hold the button for 20 seconds).
⏳ 6. Payment made, but the subscription shows as inactive
If the display does not update, contact our support team with the payment date.
